Selling thesis!

While we're trying to teach students, here is a web site (www.skripsiku.com) that sells final projects and thesis! D@mn! They don't have engineering topics right now, but what stops them from doing so? What should we do?

I spoke too soon. Here is a web site (www.cyberking.20m.com/p31.htm) that sells Tugas Akhir in computer-related topics. Ouch!
